Gus, I may be brunette but some days it is all I can do to keep my head from floating away. I need a string to keep it tied to my neck nowadays.

Are you TTH?

Bumble,
Yes, have checked potassium levels.

It is getting silly how vigiliant I have become with nutrient and vit and min levels. I think that area has pretty much been exhausted.

Thanks so much for the help. Don't want to dominate too much here, but have another question because I do intend on following through on the heart tests as well.

So my q is...what do I need to have checked or done to know if there is something going on with my heart?

I already know I am at risk but that is about all I do know.

flushd- years ago, I would have a cup of regular coffee in the morning, and a diet Coke at lunch. As I got older, I became less and less tolerant of caffeine. I used to go to luncheons where they served iced tea. I would get that funny little headache, that was a precursor to the dizzy spells.

Now I have reached the point where I can't even drink decaf coffee (It is not 100% caffeine free) or any sodas with caffeine. I have switched to diet Sprite and herb tea.

I want to apologize to Gustav. Even though he choses not to like me because I am blonde, I can't control it, so I'm sorry that Gustav had to go so low as to call me TTH.

Ah have a hug. One of those close to the busom hugs. <hug>

Phoenix,

Oh no! It was so hard to give up as much as java as I have. I suppose it is worth it though in the long run.
And I didn't realize decaff could be a problem.

flushed- Another thing. If a person has some disorder of the vestibular system in the ear, that can also cause dizziness. I have that too. Sad

I got wildly sick watching "The Yellow Submarine", and "Twister" in the movies. It was the movement that set me off. I cannot go on roller coaster rides, which I used to love.

There are tests for vestibular disorders. Here is a nice article explaining these tests:

Hi and sorry to hear you're not feeling well. What kind of heart problems run in the family? If it is arrythmia then you should check into that. Sounds like you did in the past by wearing the monitor. Certain arrythmias can cause dizziness. As far as seeing the ENT, non-symptomatic sinus infections can cause dizziness as well as inner ear problems.

Keep us posted!
