Fruits are good for you!
Fruits are different from junk food because they contain vitamins and fibre. Depending on how far the fruit has travelling from where it was grown, it will lose some of its nutritional value. As many of the other people said in this thread, it's all about moderation.
yeh but youre alive so the enzyme is, of course transformed into an amino acid equivalent . It isnt like your marinating in it for 12 hours. Its just a gentle reminder that moseration, is not so bad.

Yeah I don't know what I was thinking when I did that. But I didn't eat the night before so was I starving. I'm not obese or anything, just average height and average weight I guess.
