i'm confused now!

Vita = Life (the word is feminine, even if you aren't)
Mea = My (agrees in gender with the noun it modifies)
Via = Way (also feminine)
Mea = My (also agrees)
In Latin, adjective most often follows the noun.

Still confused? Continue to ask.

Mea Vita is also OK, but in Latin adjectives generally follow the nouns they modify.
