Can someone please convert the following question two statements to Latin?

and

What's burning?

American to Latin verse
We want to make a stencil to put this question in one of the rooms in our home. In America we would use the apostrophe, but if this is not possible in Latin, than we would use the verse without it.

I didn't mean to pry, I just wanted to make sure I had the right phrase. I suggest "Quis ustulet" Actually it would be QVIS VSTVLET" really since the alphabet used by the Romans did not have lower case, or the letter U or question marks, but a lot of people are quite relaxed about those things these days.

You might want to check with a Latin teacher or a specialist web site before doing anything irreversible.
