To english words?

I'm always bad without the vowels, did the letters have vowels underneath them? These are a dot or two or three, or a T shape if under an Alef. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I cannot see the letters that well (they are in a picture). My son got a tattoo on his wrist with these words. I'm assuming they are an uplifting phrase. I wish I had more information for you. He knows what they are, but he doesn't know that I know he has the tattoo. I just wanted to be able to greet him with this phrase or sentence when he arrives. I will see him later this morning when he returns from college. I'll find out then. Thanks so much for trying! I do appreciate it : )
