David Sedaris on Letterman

I happen to like YouTube a lot and decided to check out the Andy Kaufman part 1, interview with Letterman, which was listed right below the Sedaris interview. If you have time, would you look at that and tell me if the sword is real? <shudder>

God, that was great. I love his writing, but I've never heard him reading before-- very appealing.

I love that man..... most of the time.

He kills me.

I try to tell some of his stories to others.

They look at me as if I have had way too much to drink.

I first heard him on NPR doing his Crumpet the Elf monologue. I called the station and begged them to repeat it, they said they had received the largest encore request ever and would be playing it again the next day. I made a tape and sent copies to all my friends for the holidays. He's weirdly brilliant.
