Halp! Rules for Spanish business writing conventions

Hello.

I will need to type a formal business letter and probably a short business report in Spanish tomorrow. I vaguely remember from school years ago that there are different rules and conventions for typing in Spanish. I guess that is called "style," but the style secretaries (business people) use and know--clerical style, not a publisher's style.

I found a sample Spanish letter on the Oxford World page, so I am OK on that. But, for example, the months are not capitalized and the date is listed in standard Euro format of Location,+dd/mm/yyyy I'm good with the salutations and closing.

What I need to know is the normal typing and punctuation conventions for typing the paper/report. I know there are different symbols used when dividing words from line to line, but what are they?? And what else?

Headings? Capitalization and punctuation that varies from USA standard?

Can anyone post a link to a web site to look up and review such rules? I googled and wasn't getting the right hits. Probably the wrong keywords.
