I want to know some idea of Crazy English.The founder of Crazy English is Chinese people named liyang. I feel it is very strange .as far as I know chinese English is not very good.so what do you think about that ?can you share me any idea?

As far as i know, someone tried it, and it worked for her.
the point of his method is 'open your mouth', 'cause some people in China are afraid of speaking English as they think they can not speak it well.
I've heard of learning a language through immersion, but learning-through-assertion sounds like an idea with merit.
