ok, this sounds silly but well...
how do you say these in latin?

give me a/some square watermelon(s)
and/or
i want a/some square watermelon(s)

you can use citrullus lantanus (these are latin/latinized words i suppose? what do they mean btw?) for watermelon
but if there's really a latin word for watermelon i'd surprised

TIA Wink

I don't think there's such a thing as a square watermelon.

As the watermelon was nopt introduced to Europe until the 13th century,
the Romans did not have a Latin word for it. "Citrullus lantanus" is its
scientific name. I'm not sure, but I think "citrullus" would mean "small citron
tree" and "lanatus" would mean "wooly".

Give me a square watermelon.
Da mihi quardum citrullum lanatum.

Yes, I know it's very unlikely that there's a Latin word for watermelon, that's where I came with the idea of Citrullus Lanatus (I wrote Lantanus on my first post, my fault)

And did you mean 'Da mihi quadrum citrullum lantanum'?
You wrote 'Da mihi quardum citrullum lanatum'
