I've just had one of Her Majesty's immigration chappies onto me, asking if I know the person in the secret CCTV footage, (below).
This American person apparently put me down as a reference on the application form for his UK Visa.
The gentleman concerned is coming here on business in February, and has entered his name on the form as one Mr S.D.Hoo, currently residing in Boston.
As I have never met Slappy, would anyone care to confirm that it is indeed him? I have to give them an answer by afternoon tea on Wednesday.
