Talk, I gotta say I'm not so fast to throw that "tokenism" label around as I was a year ago.

I don't like Powell anymore, and I've never liked Rice, but their resumes certainly made them as qualified as anyone for the posts they received.

We'd all be better served if we stayed focused on the principles more than the personalities, and the policies more than the people.
