AFTER AN INSPECTION TOUR OF TEXAS, COLONEL JUAN ALMONTE REPORTED THAT

A: UNREST WAS EVERYWHERE.

B:IMMIGRATION FROM THE U.S. HAD NOT STOPPED

C: ALL WAS QUITE IN TEXAS

D: TEXANS DID NOT POSE A SERIOUS MILITARY THREAT.
