Help: Quote by Metternich - University professors & property

Many years ago I saw Metternich (Price Klemens von Metternich) quoted to the effect that he could not stand University professors because none of them had any respect for private property. Can anyone verify this, and provide any source or authority, and preferably the exact quote? (I do not need general material about his measures on universities, censorship, the Carlsbad decrees, etc.) Many thanks.
