Well, truth is I'm not gonna go saying I love you to all the people I don't know, but it's probable that I'm gonna be drinking when I meet an international fella' and knowing this will help:

Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian: Jiviali
Hawaiian: Okole Maluna
Greek: Ja mas
Hebrew: La haim
Japanese: Kanpai
Chinese: Yam Se
Hungarian - Egeszsegedre. (eggeshegedra)
Drat, I was gona say Japanese-Kanpai, but I was beaten to it.
