In a sentence when do I use....TO and when do I use ...TOO

"to" is a preposition.
"too" is a synonym for "also".

    Biff went to the supermarket. Zelda went there too.

"too" means "as well" or "more than enough"

eg, "I like you, too."

"I like you too much."

"to" is used to change verb form or connect two things,

eg, "I go to work" = go(I, work)

"To run is good"
