The Teeth
An elderly couple toddled into the local McDonalds and
ordered one combo meal. The wife carefully cut the sandwich
in two and began to eat her half. The husband respectfully
sat and watched.
The eating did not progress quickly, and soon the other
customers began to notice. Finally one helpful person
offered to buy the couple another meal. The offer was
rejected with the explanation, "We share everything."
Eventually another got impatient and made the same offer.
Same rejection: "No thank you, we share everything."
After this had gone on for what seemed to be quite a while,
one bystander could no longer stand it and quizzed the man,
"Then why aren't you eating? What are you waiting for?"
"we share the teeth"
That made me think of another one:
A guy hitches a ride with an elderly couple.
The old woman lets him sit in front and rides in the back herself.
After a while she reaches between the seats and offers the guy some nuts.
He accepts and eats them.
After a while, she offers him more nuts.
Again he eats them.
This repeats itself every few minutes.
Then the guy asks: Why don't you eat the nuts yourself?
She says: My teeth aren't good enough to bite them any more.
He asks: So why do you buy them?
The woman replies: I don't, but I love to eat Toffifee...
(not sure if you know Toffifee, but it's a caramel/chocolate sweet with a whole nut in the middle)
