Yo, homey, c'm'ere . . . wanna be a apostle ?

Always hoped that i'd be an apostle
Knew that i could make it if i tried
Then when we retire, we can write the Gospels
So they'll all talk about us when we've died . . .

I started a thread, having forgotten about this one.

The ADL has voiced concern that The Passion may spark anti-Semitism.

I hated the thought of The Last Temptation of Christ--so, I didn't go. A lot of people protested the movie.

From what the ADL wrote, is seems they just don't what the Bible's account to be told. I think this is going too far. I was wondering if any A2Kers think the movie shouldn't be released.

Is the Bible's account of the Passion, regarding the role of Jews considered incorrect?

Let's put it this way...if they somehow block the movie from being released, the Christian religious right will just blame the Jews anyway, seeing as they 'run Hollywood', so they might as well just put it out...catch 22 as I see it.
