Help! Can someone please translate this into Latin for me please:

"What does not destroy me makes me stronger"

and

"Only when we are no longer afraid to we begin to live"

"Only when we are no longer afraid to we begin to live":
shouldn't it be :Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live"
