Neither would the victims of Timothy McVeigh. To deal with the likes of him, and having struck the Free Excercise Clause out of the constitution anyway, would you like to outlaw Christians now? And while you're at it, why not strike the Second Amendment too so you can sack the Montana militias, the Minutemen, and similar organizations? Sure, there are many law-abiding citizens in those, and McVeigh was only one bad apple, but that doesn't matter by the logic of your argument.
