Is there a shorter word for the following statement:
the ability to look at both sides of an argument?
other than being analytical, of course.

Neighbour? (nosey variety)
impartial or unbiased, but these carry additional connotation beyond simply the ability to consider both sides. perhaps a more succinct word is open-minded
i've decided to leave it as it is, lol...
but open-mindedness and objective sounds good, thanks =)
