I've noticed that you seem to be able to translate everything into Latin... do you know of any good ways to learn medical latin? I'm a PT student and I'm noticing so much is in Latin that it may help me remember my terminology if I learn a few basics. Thanks so much!
You probably don't wan't to get into grammar and syntax. Instead, focus
on vocabulary. For this you need three resources:
1. An
English dictionary, so that you can look up the etymology of the
medical term and make note of the Latin words used.
2. A
Latin-English dictionary to get more info about the Latin word.
3. An
English-Latin dictionary to find out Latin words for body parts.
A spreadsheet is a good way to keep track of these terms as you
discover them. I did a quick search and found a website that has already
done some of the work for you.
