@ossobuco,
Just finished watching the match - sad that Rafa is out (I'm a huge fan of his), but the 19 year old Kyrgios is definitely a name to watch out for.

@vonny,
I've long liked both Rafa and Federer and have gotten to like Djoko - that took me a while; still have some trouble re Murray-liking. There are others at slightly lower ranks that I'm interested in too.

Nineteen? Oh, boy... he'll be a good 'un.

@ossobuco,
I always feel guilty for not liking Murray more - his tennis is excellent, but I just cannot warm to him. I do like the new German girl, Kerber, who beat Sharapova today - it was a riveting match!

@vonny,
Yes! I "watched" it on the Wimbledon site. Meantime I've had a lot of windows open on my computer screen.. time for a respite.

Kerber is a professional since 2003 - ranked No. 5 (WTA) on 22 October 2012, plays Wimbledon since 2007.

@Walter Hinteler,
I don't often watch the women's tennis - can't bear the screams and grunts. But I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Kerber play - I haven't seen her play before, and she really is first class.

That Kyrgios guy is sharp, never heard of him before (but I don't follow all that much).

Wildcard entry. Only 19. Aussie champions have been a bit thin on the ground for quite a few years now. Be good to see one successful.

Todays games.....

Quarterfinals.......(BST)

Djokovic v Cilic (2pm)

Murray v Dimitrov (2pm)

Then....

Raonic v Kyrgios (5pm)

Federer v Wawrinka (5pm)

I reckon Djoko, Murray, Kyrgios and Federa will go through....but what do I know?

@Wilso,
That Kyrgios is one strong lad, wilso. If he keeps it up, he could be at the top for many a year.

Is he from Melbourne?

@Lordyaswas,
When Boris Becker won Wimbledon the first time, he had had a similar "career" before (though he didn't win Nottingham but Queen's before)

Well, two out of four is pathetic I suppose.

Federer, Djokovic, Dimitrov and Raonic through to the semis.
