@ossobuco,
echoes of the past..

Federer/Nadal. I like both of them a lot. Oy vey, how to decide.

I think I'll pull for Federer, by a hair, so precision elegant, but I am guessing he won't win, and then I'll be happy for Rafa. I hope it will be close. (Adds, I like Noli too)

@margo,
Alas Roger didn't win.
Rafa did, and I like him too. Always, or almost always, an interesting competition between them.
Last I looked, Federer had a huge number of winners and aced on aces - but also a huge number of flub ups.

If I remember, Borg had finesse. Federer has it. Not that Nadal is a klutz, not what I am saying. Sometimes I wish for the old wooden rackets.

I'm "watching" the Nadal-del Potro match on guardian.com.
I'm for Nadal, who has something wrong with his foot, now taped. Gooooo, Rafa!

@ossobuco,
Now I'm reading along re the Guardian's Nadal-Murray live blog. Very funny, the, uh, raconteurship of this writer today, Scott Murray, and the commenters' quotes he adds in, remind me of Spendius at his most flowery..

@ossobuco,
Ok, Fed, two sets to love, literally. Second set slightly less tense-city than the first.
