translating into Latin

We are looking forward to another year from hell at work and to keep morale high I suggested the motto "We will enjoy it even when it sucks" or "we will have a great time even when it stinks" -- I'm looking for a way to translate into Latin the sense that we are going to maintain high morale no matter what happens to us this year.

Can anyone come up with a way of saything something like that in Latin?
