That is not where the Cosmic and the Microcosm is from. You may think it refers to some of your activities and you have every right to do so, but IT WAS NOT ORGINALLY WRITTEN TO DESCRIBE YOUR ACTIVITIES.

Now, try again--

The Cosmic and the Microcosm

spam?

Are you incapable of understanding that the Cosmic and Microcosm is the lead chapter in one of the most important books of the twentieth century ?

Dlowan, to her credit, recognized Anna Livia Plurabelle as a Joycean phrase( actually from Finnegan's Wake)

I really think you should do some reading, ehBeth!!!

Don't worry if you ever miss him, ebeth.

There'll be another one along in a minute.

Do my posts always make you sigh, dlowan?

Or is it simply my presence?

If you are really British, Lord Elpus, you should know where this one is found:

"There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie and Dim, Dim being really dim , and we sat in the Korova Milkbar making up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening, a flip dark chill winter bastard, though dry."

Good for you. Lezzles! I am glad to see Australia has people who read! I am very much afraid that Lord Elpus concentrates his literary scrutiny to coprophiliac activities. If you read his posts, you will find he appears to be fascinated with that function!.

But, shall we continue?

What famous play contains these famous lines at its closing?

"And to-night, when I enter before God, My salute shall sweep all the stars away from the blue threshold! One thing without stain, Unspotted from the world, in spite of doom , mine own! And that is My white plume"

Must be What the Butler Saw. All that about the white plume and all. Can't you talk about anything but phalluses and fisting, BR?

Patio Dog- I don't see anything about phalluses or fisting in any of my posts on this thread. Perhaps you have me confused with Light WIzard!!!

But, I will give you another hint. In addition to my last post, there are some lines from the same play which oddly enough seem to fit you perfectly.

quote

"Of wit, you never had an atom, and, of letters, you need but three to set you down--AN ASS!!! A S S."
