I'm 0-2, but have collected more points than most 1-1ers. Sad

But, unlike last year, the 2006 C.U. team (the former Cóndores) in real college football is undefeated.
So I'll keep the name until I win on A2K Frenzy or the real folks lose.

I know your tricks, fbaezer... you're just pulling the old rope-a-dope like you did in our baseball league this year. Smile

I am so sad Tico withdrew his kind offer...

Is anyone interested on Plaxico Burress?

The Rednecks got their butts kicked last week. And this week we are facing the might Wreckin Crew. Looking to be a long season.

The Tough Puppies asked: "Why aren't there Fantasy Lacrosse leagues?".

I found this one.

Maybe for next year, Jes.

Tico... looks like you might have your first win this week. Of, course the waffles have McNabb going against GreenBay tonight so, you still might be screwed.

And speaking of screwed... looks like I am going to lose my second straight.

It would be nice to win and get off the schneid, but I'll be surprised if I'm not screwed. Palmer laid a goose egg with all his fumbles, and Chris Henry didn't even play for me (discipline). I have Jennings going, so will be watching tonight's game with interest.

So the Rednecks handed the Wreckin Crew their 1st loss of the season and knocked them out of 1st place. Jon, their coach, noted that his bench scored 50 Fantasy Points. He still had a chance with the Monday night game but he had 2 GB players in last night's debacle vs Philly. One of them was Bret Favre who finished with -2 FPts. He was cut from the Crew this pm. Favre is/was a great QB who has the misfortune to play for a team that really sucks. He should have retired.
Next up for the 'Necks: The Blah-Blahs. I hear they are all talk.

Tico and I are battling for odd first name dominance. The fate of the Nushawns and Verandas of the world hangs in the balance.

Wow! I got 30 fantasy points yesterday from P. Manning.
If anyone needs a QB, I'd be interested in trading S. McNair. I need WR, RB or TE.

First week both the real and the fantasy "Cóndores" lose... losing to the very dubious Naks makes it only worse.

I wonder... should I change the teams name?

Hmmmm.

Is there anything worse than losing to a team whose quaterback had -4 points?

That's a tough one ... but right up there is losing to an autopilot team that has 2 starters on a Bye week, because your starting Quarterback and Defense are also on a Bye week? (Kitty Kitty Yum Yums)

A five way battle for the basement of this league with Pancake (or Waffle or whatever) on a 6 game losing streak. I am playing Jespah this week. The Rednecks are totally focussed. We will win.

I'm racking up more injuries than fantasy points, it seems.

Nevertheless, the Ticomaniacs are determined, and JP is coing down this week.
