i was wondering if any of you could suggest an interesting topic for a paper in this area. if you have any pdf`s or other info that would be great.

well, i thought about zoosemiotics, the study of animal language in the 16th and 17th centuries and it`s cultural and theological context. or maybe the birth of zoos in europe, but i couldn`t find enough material on any of them.
