Is she rebellious?

A friend of mine is 17.She pretends to be going to mass on a Sunday but never goes.She says she is going for a walk when in fact she is meeting her secret boyfriend who is 33.She has not slept with him yet but that is only because she feels too self concious to do it.She texts her friends during lessons with cetain teachers.She does not drink,smoke or take drugs but I suspect that is partly due to the fact there was never the opportunity.She watches programs on T.V that she is not allowed watch.What I was wondering is would you say she was a rebelious teenager or not?
