Work vs. Play

Vacation season is here. Arguments galore. Do you choose work over play/vacation? Or play first, work later?

Wife has an obligation/work Thur. morn. She could have had the work done already, but put it off...........knowing this is the last weekend for us to get away. I've been working late to get "caught up" so we could go, if all went right. It all looks good for me, but wife told me of the work she has to do. She said she'd put it off till next week, I got pissed and said she needed to get her work done before we went anywhere. She's mad, could get it done today but I'd be damn surprised.

Just wonder'n what goes on in other homes, we might be different 'cause we're both self employed.
