My best friend (no not me) has just been prescribed this drug after being taken off Citalopram and is eager to find out more about this new drug and any possible side effects. Can anyone help?

I have googled it before but was rather hoping for some information straight from the mouths (or fingers) of others rather than sifting through pages of vast text in medical-style language. But thank you anyway.
