So far as I can see from my reading of the Bill of Rights,
the only legitimate authority that government may have
concerning gun control is TO REQUIRE that all citizens
be armed when in public.
Wud that constitute an infringement upon
the right to keep and bear arms ?

In regard to mental defectives
whose histories of violence
have proven them to be too dangerous
to bear arms, I believe that we shud prevent them
from having access to polite society,
by BANISHING them,
removing them from the North American Continent.

Perhaps this gun control
cud be established on a voluntary, incentive basis
by significantly reducing the taxes of each person
who agrees to be armed at all times, when in public ?
