can anyone help translate - What's meant for you. will no go by you.

getting a tattoo of it. Any help would be great.

I would translate it this way:

quod tibi adsignatum, te non praeteribit

NOTE: since it's for a tattoo, have someone else review it.
I'm not a professional Latin scholar, just a guy who does this for fun.
