Frank Harris and Henry Miller will be there so he'll walk out of it straight into the elite chamber of those who had the courage of their convictions that The Survival of the Fittest was His Almighty's Grand Design and that it's Intelligence is proved by the lifestyle we lead under the exigences of that scientific principle and the bleating goodie-goodies are only bleating because they are not so fit.

Tee-hee-he.Chuckle-chuckle. Wink-Wink-say no more.

He's a bloody martyr. Early death from the stress of maintaining His Almighty's basic design.

Some media talking heads are pondering if Lay took a drug that produces a heart attack.

It turns out that since Lay had not yet been sentenced before his death, his conviction is no longer in effect. Lay could have wanted to erase his legal record and, not wanting to go to prison, ended his life on his own terms.

Now, the government will have to fight with Lay's family to obtain the 48 million assessed to Lay to benefit some of those who lost everything. Lay could have taken his own life to protect his family's interests in retaining his millions (that have not been paid to defense lawyers.)

Only an autopsy will shed some light on whether Lay die a natural death of committed suicide.

Apparently it wasnt a heart attack. It was a Ventricular fibrillation that was probably caused by an overdose of tofu.

Tofu toxicity oh the humanity.

wait a minute. You claim to be a vegematarian and tofu is unknown to you? I dont know all the vegematarian crap from other cultures but theres a lot that one cannot escape just from reading,

Oh well, Its a processed soybean curd, looks and tastes like hell. It sorta takes on the lavor of whatever you serve it with. Sometimes you get it in Miso
I think its in the congealed food group. Makes a hell of a ballistic gel.

Right. Stuff the tofu with hot chili beef. Pretend the tofu is cream cheese, wrap it up and call it canolli a la NM.

This is an unseemly display.

It's probably a safe bet that there are a half dozen or so people who are grieving over this man's death. Screw them? No reason to have any respect what-so-ever for Ken Lay or his family.

Hey, if all y'all are blood-thirsty proponents of capital punishment, at least your consistent, but are you? Somehow I doubt it.

How many of you were caterwauling about the inhumanity of executing Tookie?

it's disgraceful. this man was a grandfather of twelve, father of several, husband to one, friend to many and employer of thousands so I'm sure you're right Finn, probably a half a dozen people are grieving. Laughing

When Kenny testified in court, he removed all doubts as to whether he was a dirt bag. So, I hope they allow all the people whose lives he wrecked into his funeral so they can all piss on his coffin. Id elect that someone construct an outhouse over his grave.

Having said that,Ill bet he will probably be cremated and his ashes spread to avoid any mass-defecations on his grave.
