What dose "be blind with" mean?

That is hard to say without seeing the entire sentence. Let us say that the sentence is, "I was so angry with him, that I was blind with rage". In that sentence the speaker is so angry, that he is unable to perceive things clearly, so that he is literally, "blind with rage".

OR - A person could be "blind with" love.....ususally said as "blinded by love"

That means a person is so in love with someone, they can't see their faults.
