what does "get their clocks cleaned"mean?thank you !

It means to be severely beaten. It could mean that someone physically attacked someone else, and that person was severely beaten--or, it could refer to a sporting event, such as a football game, in which one side wins by a wide margin. So, if your football team wins a match, and defeats the other team six goals to none, then you might say: "we cleaned their clocks."
