Can anyone help me translate "How much more grievous are the consequences of anger than the causes of it." into Latin please.

That is a translation to English from Latin.
The source is the Meditations (Book 11) of Marcus Aurelius.
Here is the original Latin with a closer English translation (by George Long).


Quanto molestiora nobis adferant, ira et dolor qui ex iis oriuntur, quam
res ipsm, propter quas irascimur et dolemus.

How much more pain is brought on us by the anger and
vexation caused by such acts than by the acts themselves, at which we
are angry and vexed.
