What is the meaning of "have great chemistry with "in "but ever though she had have great chemistry with other men,the relationships were too intense to lost"?

"Have great chemistry" is pseudo science slang.

The "theory" is that just as two fluids can be combined in a chemistry lab or biological secretions can lure mating insects people can look at each other and there is a mystical chemistry of attraction between them.

You mean:

... but even though she had had great chemistry with other men, the relationships were too intense to last.

Small errors accumulate and blur the all over meaning.
