I am a freshman how can i be well prepared for the Term 4?

TEM-4 Is not a word I recognise. I assume it is your course code or is it your exam?

what do you study? English obviously, what other things?

TEM-4 is a very important exam in my country (China) ,esp. for the students who study English,it's a standard to check your English level.
Thank you again,you aslo can tell me something how to study englsih well?i think it is a bittle difficult.

well I think you are doing just the right thing and practicing as much as you can.
a suggestion if I may......
Do you know the word punctuation? Punctuation is , " " . ? I notice many chinese students do not place spaces after punctuation. There shuold be spaces after not before punctuation in most cases.
