No man or women is worth your tears,and the one who is, won't make you cry.
Is that right? Idea

You're almost right. You should use woman instead of women, insert a space after the first comma, and remove the second comma in your sentence. So the correct sentence is, "No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is won't make you cry."

If you wanted to know if the sentence is true, I am not sure if it is or not.

I don't like the first comma either. I think I would break this up into two sentences.

No man or woman is worth your tears. The one who is won't make you cry.
