Whether "see to it that "is the same as "see to sth."?I am eager to know. Thank you for your help!

No it is not the same, as I have never seen "see to sth" before, in anyting that I have read.

"sth" is not a word.

The only time I have seen "sth" being used, is as an abbreviation for the word "south".
