I'm a undergraduate in china .I'm always looking for a good way to learn english.do you think to recite a predigested dictionary is s good method?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "A Predigested Dictionary" but memorizing lists of words and the meanings of these words is no substitute for reading widely and listening to native speakers.

Words have both objective and subjective meanings and the only way to appreciate the nuances of words is to read/hear/say them in context.
