When I LISTEN TO the VOA English News ,I CAN'T note down as fast as the reporter speaks,so I always lose lots of information. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I am not sure why you are taking notes, but you may either try to develop a shorthand of sorts ("f u cn rd ths, u cn gt a gd jb"*) or, depending on your reason for taking notes, just listen intently.

Some are poor quality sound and pictures.
