It means someone is having a joke at your expense - there isn't a phrase in common english usage 'clear as nose'. Maybe there should be. With A2K's help maybe we can make it a cliche!

The expression is, "as clear as the nose on your face".

When you see a person, their nose is a very obvious feature. So when you say "as clear as the nose on your face" it means that whatever you are talking about is very obvious.

For instance, you see your friend wearing a gorgeous, very expensive looking dress. You might say to another friend, "It is as clear as the nose on your face that Jane had to save a lot of money to buy that dress".
