the relations between college students

If you mean romantic relationships, i would say that college students are always going to have romantic relationships. Many people meet in college, and marry one another. Some times this works out well, and they have a happy life. In other cases, it does not work out well. It really depends upon whether or not the people involved are mature, and are making a responsible decision. It might be a better idea to wait until one has completed one's college education to decide whether or not to marry someone.
