nightmare
"A nightmare happened to me."is it right?
or"A nightmare occured to me last night."?

Most English speakers would not use the passive voice.

Nightmares don't "happen to people"--people have nightmares.

"A nightmare occured to me" might be used if you were imagining all the dreadful things that might happen to you and you invented a monster nightmare.
