I can't work out the problem:
THe tenant must be prepared to decorate the house ()the terms of the contract .
A:in the vicinity B:in quest of C:in accordance with D:in collaboration with
the answer is (c),I don't understand.Will anyone help me ? Thanks!

"In the vicinity" of means in the area of. "In quest of" means in search of. "In collaboration with" means working with. This leaves "in accordance with" as the correct answer. It means abiding by the rules or terms of.
