I hate working out so I've gone on the MARTA diet. I take the bus and the train to work. It adds up to an extra mile a day or so of walking. The energy level is up and I've lost 5 pounds. This is something I can stick with.

The best exercise is the one you'll actually do.
I've been losing fat slowly but steadily since spring.
But I've still got all this loose flesh around my torso.
