That sentance really does not make sense.

But I can take a guess and say that it might mean someone has to wait for a reward from a certain action.

Example-

If you are working on cleaning your house, and something happens where you have to leave, and finish cleaning LATER then you wanted to, you could call that a delay in satisfaction.

The satisfaction in this case would be having your home clean, and the work finished.
The delay would be what ever it was that made you have to leave so you could not keep working .

i hope that helps?

It is much better to give a quote in context. From what you have written, it seems that someone wants to do, get, or buy something. For some reason, he believes that it is better to wait before putting his desires into action. Because he is not doing what he wants right away, he is disappointed. The "delay in satisfaction", refers to the fact that he has to wait to do, buy or get what he wants.

For instance: Joe wanted to buy a fancy car, but could only afford a modest one. He figures that in a year, he will have the money for the fancy car. He decides to wait. (delay satisfaction by having what he wants later, and not now.)

Topic titles

The subject should be relevant to the topic or question.

Ideally the subject line should be able to summarize the question.

Using a relevant title will greatly increase the chances of an answer.

An example of a bad title is: "HELP ME!"

An example of a good title is: "How do I reinstall Windows XP?"

Using all caps and screaming for help will usually mean most people ignore you.

If you use a relevant title with relevant keywords more people will find your topic.

I took it to mean deal with delay satisfactorily. This would mean handle a situation well in spite of a delay of some sort. Some of these "fractured English" questions can have many interpretations. I realize that they are coming from students who are trying to master the language and I salute them for it.
