Why are there a lot of white hair?

Some people just have white hair prematurely. My cousin had white hair in her early twenties. So did her father.

Most of the time, getting white hair at a young age is due to genetics, but it may indicate a medical condition. Check with your doctor, if you think that there is something wrong.

My brother and I both started going grey right about then. Ask your parents and close relatives and find out if premature greying runs in your family. If it doesn't, see a doctor to rule out nutritional issues and any other possible concerns.
