In many western countries, large breasts are considered beautiful and attractive. Some women who have small breasts, will go to a surgeon, and have material added to her breasts to make them larger.
The funny thing is, some women whose breasts are too large, go to surgeons and have their breast size reduced. You can't please everyone!
